- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Timelines may vary due to location or external factors
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Order confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp
- Tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched
- Delivery dates shown are estimates and may vary slightly
- Customers are advised to track orders regularly and be available for delivery
- Please respond to courier calls/messages to avoid delays
Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
- Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Ensure correct address and contact details at checkout
- If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
