When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually delivered within 4 working days (maximum 7 days) from the date of order confirmation.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders.
This means you’ll pay a small advance amount online at checkout, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery.
We’ve implemented partial COD because we occasionally receive fake or unconfirmed orders, and this helps us ensure genuine deliveries.
We still recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and priority shipping.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. A continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) is mandatory for verification. Requests without this proof will not be accepted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–7 working days after verification. More details are available in our Return Policy below.
How are your products made, and are they safe for skin?
Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials and designed to be skin-friendly for regular wear. To maintain longevity, avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals. Store pieces in a dry place, preferably in separate pouches or boxes to prevent scratches. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity. With proper care, the plating and shine last longer.
