At Fefa, we take great care in delivering premium-quality jewelry. As our pieces are delicate and curated, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only
- Eligible only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with:
- Original packaging intact
- All tags, labels, and seals attached
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Tags are removed
- Product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Item is not in original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return/refund, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video of the sealed package
- Video must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses)
- Issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be clearly visible
- Share the video while raising your request
⚠️ No return or refund will be processed without a proper unboxing video
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 4–7 working days after verification
Important Notes
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Items should be securely packed for return shipping
- Fefa reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet conditions
