Return & Refund Policy

At Fefa, we take great care in delivering premium-quality jewelry. As our pieces are delicate and curated, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only
  • Eligible only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with:
    • Original packaging intact
    • All tags, labels, and seals attached

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Tags are removed
  • Product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Item is not in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return/refund, you must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video of the sealed package
  • Video must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses)
  • Issue (damage/defect/wrong item) must be clearly visible
  • Share the video while raising your request

⚠️ No return or refund will be processed without a proper unboxing video


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 4–7 working days after verification

Important Notes

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items should be securely packed for return shipping
  • Fefa reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet conditions
